Ordering & Products

Everything is made to order or harvested fresh for your pickup. We do not store finished baked goods for more than 48 hours. Eggs are gathered daily from our pasture-raised hens.
We currently offer local pickup and select delivery routes in Central Texas. Contact us to ask about delivery availability in your area.
Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we cannot offer refunds on completed orders. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Our Ingredients & Practices
We are not USDA Certified Organic, and that is intentional. Organic certification is a process and a label. Our name reflects our standard, not a certification. We commit to no synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, no GMOs, no added hormones or antibiotics, and no preservatives. We source locally from growers we trust and are fully transparent about every ingredient.
Yes. Our pasture-raised hens are fed a soy-free diet. They also forage freely on open pasture, which contributes to naturally richer, more nutritious yolks.
We use unbleached, unbromated flour and source from local Texas mills whenever possible. No dough conditioners, no additives. Just flour, water, salt, and time.
Workshops & Lost Arts Classes
Our hands-on workshops are designed for youth, adults, and corporate teams. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, we meet you where you are. Topics include bread making, butter churning, canning, soap making, and more.
Browse upcoming workshops on our Lost Arts calendar. Each event listing includes a registration link. Spots are limited; we keep classes small intentionally.
Yes. We offer private class bookings for groups, team-building events, and corporate wellness programs. Contact us to discuss your group's needs and available dates.
