Our Animal Philosophy

Our chickens are rotated daily across fresh pasture. They scratch, forage, dust-bathe, and live like chickens. Not like a commodity. When we say pasture-raised, we mean it. Not a marketing term, not a loophole. Open sky, every day.
We don't raise animals. We steward them. The land is better for it, and so is the food.
No antibiotics, ever. Healthy animals raised in healthy conditions don't need them. If an animal gets sick, it's treated and removed from the food system.
No added hormones. Growth should happen at the pace nature intended. Every time.
Rotational grazing. Our pastures rest and regenerate. The animals move. The land heals. That's the whole system.
On-farm processing. We handle harvest ourselves, with care and transparency. You know exactly where your food comes from.
